A moment of silence for lives that have passed, for faces that are covered forever, for memories that will keep strong, for love that will go on.
Life always stops short, it seems, time is never enough to do the things we want to, tell people the things we want to, experience things we want to experience and sometimes we always end up regretting. Regret should not be the case however, because at the end of the day what matters is what we have done, said, and experienced, not what we didn't. What matters are those small matters that we often disregard completely, the small smiles, the comfort of companionship, and the lives we helped make a tiny bit brighter. So I believe that in someone's passing, what is to be done is not to remember the dead, but to celebrate their life's accomplishments.
To my best friend who experienced such a passing today, deep condolences to you and your family and know that we are thinking about you. I don't know where she went, or where she is but, I know that she's in a better place. Don't do anything rash. I love you. :)
